TV Asia brings to you an exclusive coverage from the Spring 2017 Hasya Sammelan event organized by the International Hindi association in Cleveland, Ohio. The IHA (or Samiti) is the premier Hindi institution in the United States that strives to preserve and promote India’s culture through language and literature among Indians abroad. 'Hasya ke rang - Geet gajal ke sang' was the event which featured famous poets such as Sunil 'Jogi' Trivedi, Gajender Solanki and Sudeep 'Bhola' Soni. The event was full of rip-roaring humor, non-stop laughter and heart-warming recitals as one could experience throughout the occurnce.
Similar events were held across in 21 major cities between 21st April and 29th May 2017 and was supported by Family Foundation, a social welfare organization. With the aim to promote Hindi as a language and the associated culture, the International Hindi association has always done its contribution to the society by organizing and promoting such events across the United States.
