TV Asia brings to you an exclusive coverage of the 39th Annual AMDAANA conference held at Hilton Chicago. AMDAANA stands for Amritsar Medical and Dental Alumni Association of North America which holds an annual meeting in North America every year in the third week of July.
The organization was found in 1979 with an objective to develop camaraderie and networking amongst alumni of Government Medical and Dental Colleges in Amritsar, residing in North America. It also aims to enrich education, and through education, patient care at alma maters.
A project named 'Amritsar Project' has been undertaken by AMDAANA to enhance educational and life experiences at their Alma maters. All alumni of the colleges residing in North America are deemed to be the potential members with over 250 life members.
