The Sher-e-Punjab Sports and Cultural Club held its Annual International Kabaddi Tournament at Busse Woods Forest Preserve, Elk Grove Village, IL on 2nd September 2017. Thousands of people attended the Annual Kabaddi Tournament organized by Punjab Sports and Cultural Club Chicago. Kabaddi players of International repute participated in this tournament. This was the 17th International entertainment and sport event of Kabaddi.
It was a hard-hitting competition among various participating teams. There was a lot of excitement in the Kabaddi lovers whenever a raider or stopper scored a point. Also, free food was arranged for the spectators. A famous Punjabi folk singer Baljit Malwa from New York entertained the audience with his popular songs. The event totally reflected rich Punjabi traditions and heritage of sport, food and music. It proved to be entertaining event for all the attendees, participants and as well as the organizers.
