Seattle Cricket League organized the Seattle Emerald Cup between 1st September and 4th September 2017 at the Marymoor Park. A total of 8 team participated in the T20 tournament. Also, a Junior Emerald Cup tournament was organized for U-12 and U-16 age groups with 3-4 team participating in the event. It was a thrilling event with all participating teams aiming for the championship. Many participants family members came together to encourge young cricketers battling out to win the tournament and lift the awards.
Seattle T20 Emerald Cup cricket tournament is a national level cricket tournament attracting many local, national and international players to come and play together for a prize money. Many international teams also participate in this event promoting cricket in the pacific northwest USA. The league was established in 2007 and since then has been successfully conducting the tournament every year.
